A tuition payment plan allows you to pay the cost of your college tuition, interest-free, over several months. The payment plan terms and options available to you are determined by your school.
To sign up for a tuition payment plan, go to https://borrower.ecsi.net/paymentplans.html and select your school from the list shown. Next, click Click Here to Get Started, and complete the application process. The application will walk you through six tabs – address, payment plan, invoice amount, plan tools, billing and payment, and accept terms. Once you have completed the six tabs, you will receive an online confirmation showing your application as submitted. You will also receive a confirmation email at the address provided in your application. There is not a credit check associated with this application.
You will receive an email from ECSI 1-2 days after your application has been submitted that contains your Heartland Key. You will need the Heartland Key to connect your tuition payment plan account to your profile.
You will need to complete a payment plan application for each academic year or term depending on the plans your school offers.
Once you have received the email from ECSI with your Heartland Key, you will need to either create a profile and log in, or log in to your existing profile, on ECSI’s borrower website and connect your tuition payment plan account.
Once you have connected your tuition payment plan account, go to the Connected Accounts page and click on your tuition payment plan account. From here you will be able to view your account details, transaction history, make payments, set up recurring ACH payments, and more.
